Mr. Sumit Mitruka, an alumnus of North London University, started his career with Hilton Hotels and Resorts, London, before starting his own venture with Summit Hotels, Gangtok, in 2009. Today, with 28 properties and counting across different horizons of India, Mr. Mitruka has definitely achieved in putting Summit as a brand on the map of the hospitality industry.

Mr. Santosh Agarwal, with all his experience, oversees the operation & HR department of Summit Hotels & Resorts. His knowledge in the hospitality industry and skills to estimate the potential of an individual without a doubt have helped the brand to station some of the best marksmen in Summit Hotels & Resorts.

CFO
Mr. Sumit Periwal did his schooling from St. Paul’s Darjeeling and then went on to pursue his B.Com from Symbiosis International University. Mr. Periwal, working in the capacity of Director of Finance, shoulders the herculean task of controlling and managing all the accounts and finances of Summit Hotels and Resorts.

Mrs. Niharika Mitruka's expertise lies in interior and designing. Her vast knowledge in the field of décor has helped Summit Hotels and Resorts to go a step further in conceptualizing standard rooms. She understands the importance of aesthetics and colors and absolutely stands out in working with space and dimensions to give that welcoming vibe to a hotel.

With over 27 years in hospitality, Mr. Prarit Aggarwal has led large-scale operations, business expansion, and customer-centric growth across India. Beginning his career with ITC Hotels, he has managed multiple openings and earned accolades such as India’s Top 100 People Managers (2019) and Best Pre-Opening GM Awards. A certified Hospitality Administrator and University of Michigan alumnus, he now drives operational excellence and growth strategy as Chief Resorts Officer at Summit Hotels & Resorts.
ANJILA YONZON
Head - Sales
Anjila Yonzon, Sales Head at Summit, began her journey with the company in 2014 and has grown into a dynamic leader through dedication and performance. She holds a Diploma in Tourism, an MA, and is currently pursuing her MBA, along with an Advanced Sales Certification under Rahul Jain. She is known for her strategic vision, sales process development, and ability to inspire her team while consistently driving growth and aligning with company goals.

Mr. Mayank Agarwal is the Head of Revenue at Summit Hotels & Resorts, a leading hotel chain in East India. With over six years of experience since starting as a Reservation Executive in 2018, he's risen through the ranks by focusing on data-driven strategies to optimize room inventories and pricing. Having recently completed his MBA, Mayank combines strategic insight with operational expertise to drive profitability and align with the company's growth vision. His journey at Summit exemplifies his deep commitment to the hospitality industry.
SURENDER KUMAR
Head - Finance & Accounts
Mr. Surender Kumar leads the Finance function at Summit Hotels & Resorts, overseeing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations. With 10+ years of experience across hospitality, tea, and logistics, he aligns financial goals with business strategy to drive efficiency and growth. An MBA in Finance & HR, Surender has strengthened internal controls, advanced variance analysis, and project finance, supporting Summit’s vision of financial excellence and long-term success.
SNEHA SINGHAL
Legal & Compliance
Sneha Singhal is a dedicated law and compliance professional with over 7 years of experience in overseeing legal, statutory, and regulatory matters. A graduate of Salesian College, Siliguri, and holding dual qualifications in Company Secretaryship (CS) and Law (LLB), she has been instrumental in strengthening the legal and governance framework at Summit. In her role, Sneha manages the company’s legal and compliance functions with a focus on regulatory adherence, contract management, licensing, and governance advisory.
