Mr. Sumit Mitruka an alumnus of North London University started his career with Hilton Hotels and Resorts, London before starting his own venture with Summit Ttakshang Residency and Spa, Gangtok in 2009.
As a young entrepreneur, he worked his way through with a belief to establish a name of Summit Hotels and Resorts across every foothill of Himalaya. Today with 22 properties and counting across different horizons of India, Mr. Mitruka has definitely achieved putting Summit as a brand in the map of the hospitality industry

Mr. Santosh Agarwal with all his experience oversees the operation and recruitment department of Summit Hotels and Resorts. His knowledge in the hospitality industry and skills to estimate a potential of an individual without a doubt have helped the brand to station some of the best marksmen in Summit Hotels and Resorts.
In the last 12 years since the establishment of Summit Hotels and Resorts, Mr. Agarwal as a chairman has been playing a pivotal role in paving the road to bring all the success and glory to Summit hotels and resorts.

Mrs. Niharika Mitruka expertise lies in interior and designing. Her vast knowledge in the field of décor has helped Summit Hotels and Resorts to go a step further in the context of standard rooms. She understands the importance of aesthetics and colors and absolutely stands out in working with space and dimensions to give that welcoming vibe to a hotel, so when a guest arrives they connect with the positivity the ambiance has to offer
Mr. Sumit Periwal
Director Finance
Mr. Sumit Periwal did his schooling at St. Paul’s Darjeeling and then went on to pursue his B.com from Symbiosis International University. Mr. Periwal working in the capacity of Director of Finance shoulders the herculean task to control and manage all the accounts and finance of Summit Hotels and Resorts.

With an experience of over 26 years in the finance department of Four/Five Star Hotels and Multinational Hotels Corporate body, Mr. Singh now gives his service to Summit hotels and resorts working in the capacity of Chief Financial Controller. It is without a doubt, the responsibility he has undertaken so far has lived up to various accounting standards, financial policies, and procedures.
MR. Rajkant Subba
Cluster General Manager-Gangtok and Sikkim
A competent professional with 23 years of qualitative experience in the Hospitality Industry, Mr. Subba is proficient in handling Hotel’s Room division, Food & Beverage, and supporting departments.
His skills to meet the customers and motivate the team to provide customer-centric service simply relates to a diploma course he pursued in Business Management with a specialization in “Hotel Management” from ISBM Bangalore.
Mr. Mohammad Parvez

Mr. Parvez comes from a strong room division and Mice sales background. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of hospitality working in different posts and positions. Professional with a sound qualification in hospitality and English literature Mr. Parvez heads the cluster of Summit Hotels and Resorts of Darjeeling and Kalimpong.
Mr. Manoj Dev

A seasoned hotel professional, Mr. Dev carries an experience of over 25 years in the hospitality industry and specifically, his career as a hotelier shares a wonderful relation with the relief of hills and throughout his journey, he has been deployed in the hill station, therefore, he understands the requirement and specification of hills more than anyone else. Before joining Summit Hotels and Resorts in 2019, he was associated with Sarovar hotels.
Mr. Prem Tamang
Corporate Executive Chef
Mr. Tamang a corporate executive chef of Summit Hotels and Resorts was first stationed in Mumbai for a year before traveling back to his hometown to complete a one-year diploma course in Hotel Management from Darjeeling.
He then went on to work with Hilton Hotels and Resorts in Dubai and rendered his valued service for 6 years then in 2012 he was offered to join the hands with Summit hotels and resorts and since then has been an integral part of Summit’s success.
Mr. Pawan Khaling
General Manager-West Sikkim
A proficient graduate in accounts with a diploma in System Management Mr. Khaling comes with an experience of 24 years working in different hotels before joining as a general manager overseeing the operation of West Sikkim properties of Summit Hotels and Resorts.
Mr. Debindra Limbu
General Manager
After completing his 3 years degree in Hotel Management course from IIAS Siliguri, Mr. Limbu started his career in Le Meridian, Delhi before joining Hyatt. After working there for some time he got associated with Good Shepard Management College, Kalimpong for 3 years and then joined Summit Hotels and Resorts in 2014.
Ms. Shweta Chettri

Shweta Chettri has been a part of Summit Since 2015, formerly she was working at ITC Sonar Bangla as a FOA, and having done her diploma in hospitality management from Kalimpong she opted to work at the hills itself. She joined Summit in 2015 and being an enthusiast she has explored various departments from Sales to Operations creating a balanced work environment whilst being a professional.
Ms. Anjila Yonzon
Reservation Manager
Ms. Anjila has been working with Summit hotels and resorts for the last 8 years and now confidently oversees the reservation team. Prior to working with Summit Hotels and Resorts, she worked with Corporate Multinational Companies in Gurgaon and has tremendous experience of how to build a rapport and relate to customers' queries.
She did her graduation English at the same time holds a diploma in Tourism and Ticketing therefore her knowledge is unquestionably vast in the field of reservation and vice versa.
