Staff Pushpa was very kind and helpful to us. We stayed 3 night at your hotel and Kritika as well as Pushpa were very kind and helpful. Always had a smile on their face. Served us with full efficiency and I loved their presence in the restaurant.

Honeymoon visit

My last night stay at Sikkim turned out amazing just because of the great service and hospitality given by Puspa and Kritika . . . Both the girls are very sweet and friendly . . . Thank You so much Puspa for turning out candlelight dinner surprise so amazing . . .

Memorable Stay

Memorable Stay in Gangtok. We Stayed in Summit Golden Crescent Hotels in Gangtok, which is located near MG marg, and taxi is always available in front of the hotel gate. Hotels Room was neat and clean, food was delicious, and the most important thing is that the restaurant staff was so nice and very informative. Especially Ms.Puspa, Ms. Kritika and their team . . . Who arranged our Candlelight dinner very beautifully and made our stayed very memorable. I would like to thank them again and I will recommend this Hotel for everyone who travels to Gangtok.

First trip of gangtok

Food quality and service is excellent. Staff behaviour is polite and kind especially Pushpa and Kritika. Location is the best. Rooms are clean and properly maintained. A wide variety of food are available. We will prefer this hotel next time.

Excellent hotel and great services

Good location. Great ambience, rooms and services too. Breakfast and dinner was also very delicious. Even the services in restaurant was great. Would definitely recommend this to everyone travelling to Gangtok. Special thanks to Ms Nilima also for providing us wonderful services in the restaurant. Really pleased. :)

Great Hotel to Stay in Gangtok

One of the best hotels to stay in Gangtok. Hotel is 5km from the MG Marg which is approx 15 to 20 drive. The duplex rooms are spacious with awesome valley view. The hotel has an option of open terrace where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of nature if you are not staying in the valley facing room. Rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities you may require. The food served at the restaurant was very delicious and mouthwatering. Staff at the hotel is very friendly & courteous starting from the security, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. I would love to take few of the staff names for making my holiday memorable, Chef Pawan, Ms Pushpa, Mr Biru and special thanks to the Unit Manager Mr Rohit Kumar who was always ready to extend his warm hospitality. I would really love to visit this place again and also I would also recommend this place for the great hospitality.

Simply Wonderful

I had the best hospitality experience at this resort. View from resort is awesome apart from being out of the market area. Food is also very decent. Rooms are comfortable, clean and cosy. thanks all team of Golden Summit hotels.

Our stay for 4 days and 4 nights was made very comfortable. We opted for breakfast and dinner plan along with deluxe room shared by two. The hotel is well maintained and reasonably priced. 1. Hospitality from the reception (Mr Ashmeet) and services catered were very good. They were patient and timely in answering and addressing to our requirements and requests. I would rate 4.5. 2. Food: Breakfast and dinner served had more than enough varieties to chose from. Food was served fresh, hot, very tasty and highly satisfactory to the palate. They gave us service calls on the dinner status as well. The restaurant staff (Puspa, Kritika, Imsu, Biru) were very kind and services were highly professional and pleasing. Ms Pushpa was very kind during the entire stay and helped us even with getting our breakfast for the next day, early morning for 5.30 am as we had to leave to Bagdogra. On the last night of our stay, we got to meet their chef, who was kind enough to prepare us dinner around 10.15 pm with the same smile and enthusiasm. One disappointment was on the stale wine served to us, though immediately responded towards cancellation. Still, I would rate them as 4.5. 3. Connectivity: rate them as 4.2... I would highly recommend this place for hospitality and tasty food.
