Pleasant Stay

I am glad that we chose Summit Swiss Heritage Hotel for a 2 night stay in the month of March 2020. The property is very well located within walking distance from Mall Road and Darjeeling Toy train Station. Old Heritage property has an excellent view of Kanchenjunga. The property has tiny outdoor play area, an indoor games area and a well maintained lawn for tourist to enjoy the nice weather which Darjeeling offers. Our room was neat and clean however it didn't have a nice view. People at the Reception Swarnim and Mr Karma Rai were very cordial and courteous. Restaurant staff Karuna, Sarita, Samant , all were very courteous and their hospitality was very overwhelming. Overall we liked the hospitality of all the staff and would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Darjeeling.

Beautiful

A very beautiful hotel very close to the main shopping area and also good food options available nearby. Hotel restaurant also prepares food food. Glennaries Pub is just less than a km away and is one of the must visit places in Darjeeling. Only drawback is parking.

Value for money & great place to stay

A great place to stay in darjeeling. Courtious staff and awsome service. Delicious food and prfct location, especially the suite room!! Value for money and near to approx all tourist destinations to visit.

Sight seeing tour

Stay was very pleasant and it was a real home away from our home. Felt very happy by the courteous reception, neatness, tasty food and the hospitality of the staff. The warmth and care for the guests coming to the hotel is overwhelming. Wifi connectivity in the hotel is very fast. Room service was very good. Inspired by the friendly attitude of the staff.
