MULTI-CUISINE RESTAURANT IN GANGTOK

Blue Coriander is an all-day dining restaurant with a calm and comfortable setting. It comprises 2 distinct dining spaces—a main restaurant area and a cosy in-built section dedicated to local Sikkimese cuisine. The restaurant serves a multi-cuisine menu including regional specialities and can comfortably accommodate 60 to 70 guests, making it suitable for both everyday dining and small gatherings.

Breakfast: 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Dinner: 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM

BAR IN GANGTOK

The Emerald Room is a separate in-house bar designed for relaxed evenings. It offers seating for 30 to 40 guests and features a fireplace ambience that adds warmth to the space. The bar also includes a separate balcony designated for smoking, ensuring comfort while maintaining a pleasant indoor environment.
