At Green Tara, we believe wellness is a return - not a destination. Named after the compassionate mountain mother of Himalayan tradition, our spa is designed as a quiet sanctuary within Summit Norbu Ghang, where the cool stillness of Gangtok meets the unhurried craft of therapeutic healing.
Every therapy here begins with a welcome drink and ends with a warm herbal infusion - small rituals that mark the beginning and the softening of your day. Between them, our therapists, healers, and yoga guides offer you a slow, intentional path back to yourself.

Mountain Melt Ritual(80 min)
A 60-minute Himalayan Relaxation Massage followed by a warm, aromatic hot-bath soak. Closes with a slow tea ritual by the window.
Romantic Escape in the Clouds (75 min, for two)
A side-by-side couple massage followed by a private outdoor jacuzzi under open mountain sky. Finished with a warm tea for two.
Sunrise Mountain Yoga (60 min, private)
A one-on-one morning practice on our wellness deck as Gangtok wakes—gentle asana, breath, and stillness.
Sound & Chakra Reset (60 min)
A layered healing session combining Himalayan singing bowls with a full seven-chakra alignment. Deeply restorative.
