Awesome experience

Located in pelling, the hotel is clean & provides u great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to hiking adventures and etc. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple & families. You won't regret, just be there.

Hotel Staff was very kind, responsive and co operative. Location and View is excellent.Buffet Breakfast and Dinner is delicious. Rooms cleanness and space are very nicely designed. Mesmerizing stay

We are couple and we stayed here for a day in the last week of feb-2020.the hotel staff was most courteous ones which I came across in recent times.especially pratiksha welcome us with a warm and friendly gesture.the hotel offers good view of Kanchenjunga mountain and there are sitting areas on seperate floors to enjoy the views. Rooms are having all basic facilities and are cozy.Here the restaurant serves good spread for buffet breakfast and dinner.fresh lemon soda and egg fried rice must try here.overall when compared to the other summit hotels,we are very much satisfied and felt comfortable at newa hotel, pelling.i would highly recommend in Pelling for staying at this hotel.

Warm Hospitality!

I have always liked summit group of hotels at different locations. This time it was beautiful Pelling. Booking was done through MMT & they happily auto upgraded my room category & allotted very nice room. Though my stay here was short, but they made every possible effort to make it memorable & pleasant one. View from my balcony was fabulous. They have all amenities to offer you comfort even on chilly nights along with good restaurant & bar. Ms Pratiksha at reception ensures best service with beautiful smile :)

Excellent stay !

Stay was excellent as far as the hotel reception and facilities were concerned..Pratiksha and Saahil were always extremely warm at the reception and very promptly attended to all our needs..View from the hotel common balcony was amazing..could clearly see kanchenjunga..Food quality and quantity both were very apt for the price..Must stay at this hotel for a hassle free and beautiful vacation.

Great Hospitality Summit Newa

Hi, We had a trip to Pelling in Feb on the occasion of our son's birthday,it was awesome trip. The hotel room is very spacious,they provided ro heater as complimentary,restaurent is good and food was great. Staff Pratiksha,Sahil and prayash were so good and great hospitality. Excellent Stay At Summit Newa Regency :)

We went to this hotel on our 2nd anniversary this end of February. What a amazing stay it was and great care and service by the hotel staff.!! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The room was quite big and spacious, and the wooden feel was awesome. Nice view of Kanchenjunga peak from room balcony, delicious food. They have provided room, bed heater. Food was simply delicious. We had dinner at hotel while our stay it was delicious. This hotel is surrounded with nice view, positive vibes and nice. Best thing was the hotel staff. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for all staff and Team..!!

Great Hotel with a splendid view

We visited the hotel on the month of Feb, its our anniversary trip. The room was quite big and spacious,and the wooden feel was soooo nice, and the great thing was..they have provided room heater as complimentary. The food was great. But above all the staff were very much courteous and warm, that made it a memorable stay.

Excellent homage for outing

One of the best hotel of pelling! Nice view of Kanchenjunga peak, delicious food! Best thing was the hotel staff. Ms.Pratiksha (GRE), Mr.Prayash (FOS) and Mr.Sahil (FOS) were very humble. I forgot my one item in hotel during my stay. These guys packed that item sent the same on my home address. This hotel is blessed with nice view and nice staff.

Fantastic stay

The decision to stay at this hotel is so good that I extended my Pelling stay for one more night and re-booked the same hotel. The restaurant is truly good that they serve from wine to delicious North Indian food, I loved it. Also, the staff, the room, the facilities, not to forget the black tea as the welcome drink is so refreshing, the view from hotel, to safety, it's a hotel that everyone would fall in love and has to give 5 star ratings. Also, there's discount from MMT to foods and beverages which also great. Moreover, there's room heater included in amenities which is an important thing, here, and other's provide on chargeable basis, which is free here. Not to forget, the Front Desk Officers: Ms Pratiksha and Mr Sahil, who helped us and guided us, are truly gems that Hotel industry need, the same kind of Hospitality to offer for every guest. All in all, it's a great relaxing, refreshing and enjoyable Pelling experience.

One of my best stays

This was my second visit to Pelling, and I can easily say it’s one of my most favourite places to visit. The nature, peace and the locals here taught me a lot of about simplicity.. It was my first time in Summit Newa and I’d like to thank Sahil (the manager) and his team for having me there and making my stay more than pleasant. From house keeping to the restaurant services everything was top notch. I am planning my a trip again in 2020 and can’t wait to be in the mountains in my favourite hotel again. PS- THE HOTEL TERRACE OFFERS A SCENIC MOUNTAIN VIEW AND PEACE YOU WOULD DIE FOR.
