PLACES TO VISIT IN KALIMPONG
DEOLO HILL
One of the two hills that surround Kalimpong is the breathtakingly magnificent Deolo Hills. Deolo Hills are extremely close to our Kalimpong hotel. The hills, which are approximately 1704 meters above sea level, provide a spectacular perspective of Kalimpong. It's a very relaxed environment with plenty of open space and fresh air.
KALIMPONG CACTUS NURSERY
Kalimpong Cactus Nursery is a plant lover's paradise. Over 100 varieties of indigenous and international cactus species are conserved in pristine circumstances at the nursery. The unusual shapes and sizes of various plants will undoubtedly pique your interest on your first visit. During your Kalimpong vacation, make sure to visit the nursery.
MORGAN HOUSE
Morgan House's ageless elegance despite being overrun by invasive plant growth, this colonial structure is a typical vision of the haunted home portrayed in an old classic Hollywood film. The abandoned structure may not sound pleasant, but it is one of the most frequented tourist attractions in Kalimpong.
NATURE INTERPRETATION CENTRE
The interpretation centre, which connects humans with nature, is an educational venue to learn about how our activities affect our ecology, either negatively or positively. The centre's excellent collection helps us learn how we can engage with the environment and how our activities can encourage sustainability.
TINCHULEY VILLAGE
Tinchuley View Point, a tourist destination in Sillery Gaon, requires about an hour of climbing to enjoy a 300-degree view of Khangchendzonga ( Mt. Kanchenjunga).
MANGAL DHAM
The Mangal Dham is a sprawling Hindu temple complex known for its beautiful garden, intricate statues, and colourful sanctuary that displays the splendour of Krishna Bhakti. The religious structure, divided into levels, interprets Krishna Leela, written in the ancient literature of Vedas and Upanyash.
