GUARANTEE POLICY
April, May, June
One night's advance payment or credit card authorization is required to confirm the reservation. Full stay advance payment is required 10 days prior to arrival. 48 hours extension may be given from the 10th day, to make the payment; failing which, the room will be released.
All Other Months
One night's advance payment or credit card authorization is required to confirm the reservation. Balance payment should be made before the cancellation cut-off date.
MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION POLICY
Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Dussehra
No penalty for modification or cancellation 15 days or more prior to the arrival date. The entire stay amount will be charged as penalty for modification or cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date.
Peak Season – Applicable on Apr, May, Jun-Oct, Nov, Dec
No penalty for modification or cancellation 7 days or more prior to the arrival date. One night's stay amount will be charged as a penalty for modification or cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date. The entire stay amount will be charged as a penalty for modification or cancellation within 3 days of the arrival date.
All Other Dates
No penalty for modification or cancellation 3 days or more prior to the arrival date. One night's stay amount will be charged as a penalty for modification or cancellation within 3 days of the arrival date.
